Is there a Cancellation Policy?
Free cancellation up 72 hours before the tour starts. Payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train…..) within 72 hours of the scheduled tour. No refund will be granted for late arrivals, but we will do our best to accommodate you on another tour or date, pending availability.
How much food is there?
Each tour has multiple stops, so you can enjoy as much or as little food as you like. If you are traveling with friends orfamily, sharing is a great part of the experience of the FLORENCE FOOD TOUR experience.
Do we go to restaurants?
No, during our tours we ONLY visit local shops.
How long are FOOD tours ?
About 3.5 hours.

We offer small group tours year round, bringing fans of food and travel together, for special walking tours of Florence.
Where does FLORENCE FOOD TOUR go?
Each tour covers one or more neighborhoods, some that tourists usually do not visit. If you are interested about food, places and people you will love being part of a FLORENCE FOOD TOUR experience.
What do I need to bring?
You do not need extra package to complete the FLORENCE FOOD TOUR; please wear casual clothing andcomfortable walking shoes. We encourage you to bring water with you especially during summer months.All tours are rain or shine, please bring weather gear according to the weather.
What makes your FOOD TOUR IN FLORENCE special?
We are a true eating tour, not a sampling tour. At each stop, we make recommendations, and if you want you canpurchase additional food. Vegetarians and children older than 3 years old are welcome.

Are bathrooms available during the tour?
Yes bathrooms are available at several of the food tasting locations.
Are cameras permitted on the tour?
Cameras are most certainly permitted and photos are absolutely encouraged.
Where does the tour end?
The tour ends in a Gelateria, about 5 minutes walking to the Duomo Square.
Are tours offered in English?
At the current time our tours are only led in English.
